Vizaline has proven to be an effective risk management tool. Not only is it effective, it's reasonably priced and easy to use. We've seen time after time that Vizaline leverages technology to reveal potential issues that can be corrected prior to originating a loan. We have asked for customized enhancements that have been gladly implemented. It also helps that we receive excellent customer service with prompt responses on inquiries. Kudos to you for the development of a useful product.

Merchants and Farmers Bank of Holly Springs (now Unity Bank) has used Vizaline since June 2015. We are very pleased with their product and analysis.

Our loan officers are using their service for all new real estate loans with metes and bounds descriptions and are using their service on renewals of all previous loan files.

Viza-Audit is a helpful tool for verifying boundaries per the legal descriptions from attorneys to identify the correct and proper boundaries of your collateral.

Thus far, we have found four boundary issues using the Viza-Audit services which prevented our bank from filing on incorrect descriptions. I believe it is a cost-effective way to verify what you perceive as your collateral.

Just wanted you to be aware, we made a phone call this morning around 11 and asked Brent if it would be any way possible to get a Vizaline request today.
